Three ways to get in touch — pick whichever suits you best.
You can walk into our office on Iftin Road any day Monday to Saturday during business hours and speak to an advisor directly. If you're calling from outside Garissa or prefer to schedule a call, our phone line is staffed Monday to Thursday 08:00–17:30, Friday until 16:30, and Saturday morning until 13:00. For written enquiries, email is the most efficient route — we reply to every message within one business day, typically within a few hours. If you're a diaspora client in a different time zone, email works best; we'll reply at our next business morning and we're comfortable handling the full conversation in writing before arranging a video call.

For sellers and landlords
Share the property location, approximate size, and what you're hoping to achieve — a sale price, a rental figure, or just an independent opinion of value. We'll schedule a site visit as the next step.
For diaspora and remote clients
Let us know your time zone and the best way to connect. We handle the full initial process by email and video call, and we can act on your behalf via power of attorney for steps that require a physical presence in Garissa.
